C&E Rentals is growing and looking for an experienced Lead Mechanic to step into a Shop Foreman role at the heart of our operation. This is a working foreman position where you will turn wrenches, solve problems, and keep the fleet running strong while guiding and supporting our shop team.

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, gas, and diesel issues on a wide variety of construction equipment
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to keep our rental fleet in top shape
- Train and support other mechanics in the shop
- Help demonstrate equipment to customers and answer technical questions
- Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols
- Basic computer skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Three to five years of hands on mechanical experience with construction equipment is a big plus
- Strong understanding of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Ability to read schematics and provide your own tools
- A natural team leader with solid communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent
