C&E Rentals is looking for an Equipment Yard Associate to join our team in Tualatin. No experience in the equipment rental industry is required. If you're dependable, enjoy working with your hands, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training.
You'll spend your days working around excavators, skid steers, forklifts, boom lifts, and other construction equipment.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare equipment for customer pickup and delivery.
- Inspect equipment before and after each rental.
- Wash, fuel, and perform basic service tasks.
- Safely load and unload equipment.
- Help customers understand safe equipment operation.
- Assist technicians and delivery drivers.
- Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe.
- Learn about a wide variety of construction and landscape equipment.
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable attendance.
- Enjoys working outdoors in all seasons.
- Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Equipment experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
